1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the cv4 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain a cv4 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3. Account Registration

You are strictly limited to one single account per person. This means one account per individual identity, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
cv4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally supported payment methods. All financial figures on the platform are displayed using the ৳ symbol or the BDT abbreviation, and all transactions are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
cv4 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's terms. cv4 does not apply wagering requirements retroactively or alter them after a bonus has been claimed.
General bonus conditions applicable to all cv4 offers:
- Bonuses are available to members aged 18 and above only. Claiming a bonus constitutes confirmation that you meet the age eligibility requirements.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible member, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- cv4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already claimed and in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured in accordance with the original terms.
- Any attempt to abuse the cv4 bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus hunting, or other manipulative strategies — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
- Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
The cv4 VIP loyalty programme operates on a tiered points system across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. Members accumulate loyalty points through real-money wagering activity on eligible games and betting markets. Points are redeemable for bonus credits and other rewards in accordance with the VIP programme terms, which are published separately on the cv4 platform.
6. Prohibited Conduct
cv4 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other members, or constitutes a breach of applicable laws or regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent activity: Any use of fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund a cv4 account. Chargeback fraud — initiating a payment dispute after winnings have been withdrawn — is treated as theft and will be reported to relevant authorities.
- Money laundering: Using the cv4 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal sources. cv4 co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any suspected money laundering activity.
- Collusion: Colluding with other members or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the cv4 platform.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known technical error will be void and forfeited.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games on the cv4 platform without the express written consent of cv4.
- Account sharing or sale: Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise making your cv4 account available to any third party. Accounts are strictly non-transferable.
- Abuse of staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards any cv4 customer support representative or other member of staff.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information at any point during the registration process, during identity verification, or in any communication with cv4 support.
Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, cv4 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all bets and game outcomes associated with the prohibited activity, forfeit all balances on the account, and pursue legal remedies as appropriate. cv4's decision in matters of prohibited conduct is final.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the cv4 platform — including but not limited to the cv4 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other creative or proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cv4 or its licensed partners and content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cv4 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any cv4 content without prior written authorisation from cv4.
- Use the cv4 brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any manner that suggests an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with cv4 that has not been formally authorised.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the cv4 platform using automated tools.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used to deliver the cv4 platform or its games.
Game content available on the cv4 platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of the respective studios. cv4's licence to deliver those games to members does not extend to any right on the part of members to reproduce or distribute that content.
Any unauthorised use of cv4 intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
cv4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any related cv4 policy document.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by cv4.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the account.
- A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder, or a third-party notification of problem gambling behaviour that cv4 determines warrants protective action.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
- Technical, regulatory, or operational reasons that necessitate the suspension or closure of accounts in a particular jurisdiction or category.
Member-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your cv4 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification being complete.
Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. cv4 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related procedures. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with cv4's dormancy policy, which is published separately on the platform.
Self-exclusion: Members who wish to exclude themselves from the cv4 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting the support team directly. General Provisions

Limitation of Liability

cv4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. cv4 will make reasonable efforts to restore full service as promptly as possible following any outage.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the cv4 platform. cv4 operates as an entertainment platform serving adults in Bangladesh and conducts all platform operations in compliance with applicable legal frameworks.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through cv4's internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration. Members waive their right to participate in class-action proceedings in connection with any dispute arising from their use of cv4.
Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms & Conditions, together with the cv4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cv4 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
cv4's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any breach of these terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
